Calling Light In.
Been thinking a lot the past few days about why I must avoid getting bogged down in what’s going on ‘out there.’
When I do, I am useless to myself and the world.
So, today when I was in a state of freefall and despair, I asked the light to fill me.
I breathed deeply and imagined white light coming in the top of my head and rooting me to the ground. I breathed in. And out. For several minutes I sat quietly repeating this process.
Immediately I felt better. My heart and head cleared and I could think again.
Just like that.

A few weeks back I did a visualization about the business I am in the midst of building and realized, through my tears, what I saw when I thought of my business, was a column of light.
My business is to become a living, breathing ray of light.
Now, I have to say, this frightened and overwhelmed for a few days. (To put it mildly.)
Then I realized I don’t have a choice.
The world’s falling into darkness. Each one of us has to get lit up so we can find our tribe.
I joined an astrology group and felt such kinship the moment I made contact, I knew I was in the right place. I felt completely nurtured and seen and at home.
As for me, and my business, I plan to start a circle of light soon with anyone who wants to join me. We need an oasis. We need a fire ritual. We need to be around other people who are infused with light, not despair.
